by AYATOLLAH @ Friday, 25. Apr, 2008 - 12:13:35

Hassan Nasrallah has become the most popular leader in the Muslim world.

According to a poll by an American University, 1.2 billion muslims admire Hezbollah leader the most. Then come President Assad of Syria and President Ahmadinejad of Iran. Bush is the most hated figure around the world.

Nasrallah's popularity is no doubt due to his success against the Israel army in May 2000 and July 2006. His guerilla fighters forced Israel to retreat from Lebanon and seven years later kidnapped Israeli soldiers and then managed to beat back the powerful Israel military that attempted to rescue the kidnapped soldiers. Tough image of the Israel military was shattared. Arabs began to admire Hezbollah.

Leader of powerful Lebanese guerilla group is now being compared to the legendary Che Guevara.
