Iran reminded the Arab world that it is time to "finish" Israel.
Top Iranian official Mr Motaki said Israel is weak and should be "erased".
Foreign Minister said occupation of Palestine for 60 years has given Israel no "legitimacy". Israel has "no right" to exist.
He told Tehran conference that Hezbollah guerillas in Lebanon have shattered the myth of Israel's military power, referring to Israel's defeat in July 2006 war. Israel is now "disintegrating".
"Israel is already dying. It is time for the Jewish State to be eliminated", said Iran's Foreign Minister.
Iran and Israel are long-term enemies. Israel wants its ally United States to bomb Iran and destroy the Iranian Revolution of 1979.
