Iranian leader has taunted US President who was on his last visit to Europe.
President Ahmadinejad said in a message to President Bush that you have "failed" to stop Iran's nuclear program. United States is "incapable" of harming Iran.
Bush era has "come to an end", said Mr Ahmadinejad.
"God has helped Iran", and "evil" Bush has failed to prevent Iran in nuclear drive, said the Iranian leader.
President Ahmadinejad defiantly said that the West has failed to stop Islamic Republic's advances in nuclear technology.
He said "Iran has achieved victory over the United States".
Mr Ahmadinejhad took a jibe at US efforts to intimidate. "America cannot do a damn thing", he said.
US tried to "threaten" Iran. They tried political pressure. All plans have ended in failure, said the Iran's President. United States and its allies cannot harm "one inch" of Iran's sovereignty. Today Iran is a "nuclear power".
